  Positions available:

  Guest Service Associate(s)

  Responsibilities:

  • Perform multiple operational roles such as tour guiding, ticketing and other assigned duties.

  Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least GCE 'O'/ 'A'/Diploma with at least 1 year of working experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Experience in Retail/Ticketing/Tour Guiding will be an added advantage. Good communication skills and customer service oriented.
  • Training will be provided for fresh graduates. Preference will also be given to candidates with life guard certification.

  (1) Part Time Educators
  (2) Part Time Facilitators

  Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate / conduct workshops and group discussions
  • Conduct guided tour of the centre
  • Engage students through story telling, mini quizzes, games & activities
  • Manage attendance and administer feedback forms

  Requirements:

  (1) Part Time Educators

  • Bachelors degree preferably in Arts and Social Science
  • Preferably Postgraduate Diploma / Diploma in Education (MOE)
  • Good teaching and classroom management skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Up to date with Singapore’s development & current affairs
  • Great passion for The Singapore Story

  (2) Part Time Facilitators

  • Singapore Citizen
  • Good teaching and classroom management skills
  • Uniform group / National Service experience
  • Good command of spoken English
  • Great passion for The Singapore Story
